What I pack in 2 Suitcases for 8 Months on Tour

When travelling 40+ weeks of the year, we get a lot of questions about how and what we pack in our two suitcases. Here is a list of things I travel to make our hotel seem more like home.
Pillow
I am OBSESSED with comfort and sleep. Something I felt I needed when I started touring years ago was a comfortable pillow that could remain constant while on the road. Nothing worse than getting into a hotel with crappy, flimsy pillows to ruin your slumber. I love the Casper pillows; we use them on our bed at home, and they aren't too heavy to put in a bag.
Blanket
I love the comfort of my pillow, and the same goes for my blanket. I travel with a full-sized blanket everywhere. For example, this week, our hotel in Brazil only has a single sheet on our bed, so thank the travel gods that I had my blanket so I wouldn't freeze at night. This Blanket from Amazon was the perfect size, super comfy, and easy to wash.
Travel Kettle
I am all about my morning cup of tea. This travel kettle was a life changer when we first bought it. Having the opportunity to make our own hot water, coffee, or tea in our hotel rooms saved us money and made things much more convenient. Its small size and ability to pack up small like a disk make it travel-friendly.
Loop Earplugs
If you know me, you know I strongly dislike loud noises. You'll also know that I LOVE my Loop Earplugs. Made of silicone, they are comfy and easy to wear. They make me feel cool while also protecting my hearing. They come in lots of colours to match your OOTD or are clear to be more discrete. Check out their quiz to find out what Loops are best for you!
AeroPress
My husband Jacob loves his coffee. Having the Travel AeroPress to make coffee in our room when fancy shops aren't easily accessible was perfect. They also make great gifts for the travelling coffee Lover.
Stuffed Animal
I love our stuffed Moose Scoober, which we made together almost 10 years ago. Again, we love consistent comfort. Yes, I'm 32. I have a stuffed animal; don't hate on me because Scoober can be very judgmental.
Full Sized Toiletries
This may seem crazy, but travelling with full-size shampoo, conditioner, etc., is much cheaper because the cost of the smaller travel-sized bottles far outweighs the weight you save—more on this later.
Fellow Coffee Mug
As I said, I love my cup of tea in the morning, and I hate my toxic trait of completely forgetting my tea, letting it get cold, and having no way to heat it up. My Fellow mugs keep my tea piping hot throughout the day and are completely sealed, so there is no stress of spilling everywhere if it's in a bag or I'm on the go.
